I have been teaching Yoga & Pilates for over 5 years. My Yoga and Pilates classes blend the Mind/Body and Soul. I enjoy instructing others to have this balance in their everyday lives. 

Classes are Blended with a Combo

Yoga & Pilates

Having this blend will not only strengthen but it will  stabilize the body. The body will have better balance and with every class you will feel these effects from head to toe. 

The Class Format

Warm up all body muscles

Move into strengthening Pilates moves

Glide into Hatha Yoga Flow

Strenghthen with Bikram Yoga

Cool down with Restorative Yoga

Final Relaxation
